Ingredients:
- 12 Donsuemor Madeleines, halved
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 3 cups of heavy cream
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Sparklers (optional)
Instructions:
- Slice or halve the madeleines and set aside.
- Wash and slice the strawberries, leaving the blueberries and raspberries whole.
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with the sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Arrange a layer of madeleines in the bottom of a clear serving dish. Top with a layer of mixed berries, followed by a layer of whipped cream, either spooned or piped over top.
- Repeat the layers of madeleines, berries, and whipped cream until the dish is full.
- Finish with a light layer of whipped cream, fresh berries, and a sprinkle of lemon zest. Chill for 30–60 minutes before serving.
